Laura Szczepanek is extremely blessed to have been educated by the very best West Side Polish cooks, her Busia, (Grandma in Polish) Harriet Czarnecki, dear friend Sandy Crapsey from 5th St Hall, and Aunt Margie (Norton) Pintek. This show will wrap its loving arms around Polish cuisine, heritage and music with guests who know a thing or two about all three.
